Technical terms and conditions of delivery

In addition to our generally terms of sale and delivery, the following technical terms of delivery are valid for products of Aluminium- and Polyethylenfoils, as well as for products of Shielding- and EMI-Shieldingfoils.

The technical terms of delivery contain all abnormalities and tolerances, caused by the working process

 

1. By all deliveries 

...there are +/- abnormalities permissible (Point 2 to 5 ).

2. Amounts Abnormalities

(More- / Lessdeliveries, which don’t entitle any subsequent delivery or complaint)

Polyethylenfoil
Bags: +/- 10 % Covers:  +/- 5 %

3. Measurement Abnormalities

Other defaults of tolerance, determined by the customer are only considered when they were given to us in writing and we have confirmed them in writing. For buyer-sided defaults of tolerance, which are derived from the intended purpose (we don’t know), we generally don’t take over any liability. The buyer has to release us from all importances, which proved from that.
